Building Maintenance Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Knows how to operate Genset and knows low voltage switchgear MTS and LVSG

  1. General Maintenance:

· Conduct routine inspections of the building to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and repairs.

· Perform basic maintenance tasks, including repairing fixtures, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC components.

· Address minor carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs as necessary.

· Replace light bulbs, filters, and other consumables.

  1. Equipment and Systems Maintenance:

· Ensure the proper functioning of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

· Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, such as pumps, motors, and compressors.

· Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to extend their lifespan and prevent breakdowns.

  1. Safety and Compliance:

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

· Identify and address safety hazards promptly.

· Maintain records of maintenance activities for compliance purposes.

  1. Emergency Response:

· Respond to emergency maintenance requests, such as leaks, power outages, or equipment failures, in a timely manner.

· Assist in implementing emergency response plans.

  1. Documentation and Reporting:

· Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.

· Report major issues or recommended improvements to management.

  1. Collaboration:

· Collaborate with other facility staff, including the Building Utilities Administrator, to address maintenance and utilities-related issues.

· Communicate effectively with visitors and staff to address concerns and maintain a respectful and peaceful atmosphere.

  1. Progressive work as an admin.

  2. Manage and facilitate Licensing and Permits.

  3. PCO license is an advantage

  4. Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
