Building Administrator

Job Purpose
The building administrator ensures the safety and maintenance of the buildings. His job is characterized by monitoring and supervision of building maintenance, building services, and coordination to tenants.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Overseeing building security measures to ensure the safety of tenants and visitors
- Coordinates building maintenance and repairs with buildings and grounds maintenance that affect normal building operation
- Offer suggestions and/or recommendations on matters affecting building administration and utilities management
- Provide occupants with updates of electrical, water and other service outages and scheduled shutdowns
- Address concerns and complaints of the tenants, specifically on facilities and utilities that may require help
- Request special janitorial services
- Monitor maintenance and janitorial services and their activities
- Stays informed of changes to space assignments in their facilities
- Develops and implements facility emergency plans
- During evacuations, assists emergency response teams in assessing building condition, locating missing personnel, shutting off utilities, and delivering a status report to assembly point leaders
- Coordination and processing of required documents for any government agency or LGU concerned for compliance
Competencies
- Graduate of any engineering course and possessed Professional License
- At least 2 years related experience
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Proven analytical skills and keen on details
- Ability to lead people and project
- Has PCO and Safety Officer Certification

Pay: Php28, Php35,000.00 per month
