The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facilities, machinery and equipment across various company sites, including the head office. The role ensures that systems such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air conditioning, and fire safety are fully functional, safe, and compliant with company standards. The technician will work closely with the Engineering team and external contractors to support daily operational requirements.

Essential Functions:

  • Completing maintenance tasks in company-owned facilities.
  • Conduct necessary building/equipment repairs (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, etc.)
  • Performs routine and emergency maintenance and troubleshooting on building and site systems, ensure that they meet all relevaant safety regulations.
  • Maintain records of facility and equipment maintenance, defects, and repair work.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct safety inspections.
  • Support installations and testing of new systems or equipment.
  • Inspect and schedule repairs for fire protection systems and alarms.
  • Test and analyze the performance of electrical equipment, building electrical wiring and systems to ensure they meet specifications and safety standards.
  • Diagnosing problems, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Planning and materialization of preventive and predictive maintenance services.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Professional Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as Building Maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
