  1. To comply with contract specification and service delivery conditions required by the

condominium project. Special work such as:

  • Masonry
  • Carpentry
  • Plumbing
  • Painting
  • Electrical

  • Welding etc.

  • Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete

safety training and certifications.

  1. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards

  2. Maintain Special Work and Technical Team (SWAT) inventory and requisition parts and

supplies.

  1. Ensure that all equipment used during special projects are being all in good condition

and returned to the Head Office for inventory and safe keeping.

  1. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

  2. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and listen and respond

appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

  1. Act as Building Maintenance Technician reliever to condominium project in absence of

the On-Site Building Maintenance Technician.

  1. To perform other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
