Job Description:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews.
  • Evaluate workflows to identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Work with business units optimize processes and partner with AI/RPA development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications for automation solutions.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of automation technologies and machine learning.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user stories, and functional requirements.
  • Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and validate that automated solutions.
  • Conduct UAT and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Understanding of business processes, workflows, and process optimization.
  • Experience with process mapping and modeling tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, including Generative AI, machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php80,000.00 per month
