Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst located in Taguig. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and developing business analysis and strategies. The role involves communicating effectively with stakeholders, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring alignment of business objectives with technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
  • Strong Communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of Business Processes and Business Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
