Scope of Work

  • Serve as the dedicated finance partner to one of the two PMO pillars, supporting transformation initiatives from planning through execution
  • Collaborate with Finance, PMO teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Support the design and implementation of new financial processes, systems, and reporting tools
  • Conduct gap analyses, root cause assessments, and impact evaluations to inform decision-making
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to track progress and outcomes
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-level presentations
  • Assist in change management efforts including training, communications, and adoption strategies
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
  • Ensure financial rigor, transparency, and strategic alignment across transformation workstreams

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, financial planning & analysis, or transformation roles
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial modeling
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php55, Php60,000.00 per month
