Overview:We are looking for a results-driven IT Business Analyst with a strong understanding of business processes, technology solutions, and digital transformation. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and support the development and delivery of technology-driven initiatives.Key Responsibilities:⦁    Collaborate with business units, product owners, and technical teams to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.⦁    Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional and non-functional specifications.⦁    Partner with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of solutions that meet business needs.⦁    Analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend technology-driven enhancements.⦁    Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.⦁    Conduct data and impact analysis to support decision-making and change management.⦁    Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams to guide project delivery.⦁    Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.⦁    Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive benchmarks within the banking and fintech landscape.⦁    Contribute to digital transformation projects, focusing on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.Qualifications:⦁    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.⦁    At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.⦁    Experience working as part of an Agile team (Scrum and/or Kanban).⦁    Strong understanding of digital channels and their role in customer engagement and service delivery.⦁    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.⦁    Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Preferred Qualifications:⦁    Work experience in a bank or fintech is an advantage.⦁    Relevant Business Analyst certifications, such as:> International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)> Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA)> Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)⦁    Awareness of future technologies and industry trends, including fintech innovations and competitive market developments.Work Setup: HybridShift: Day ShiftLocation: BGC, TaguigSalary: Open to discuss depending on the career level and experience
