Job Summary:

The Marketing Assistant – Brand Ambassador supports the company's marketing initiatives by promoting the in-house brand through social media and customer engagement. This role involves being the face of the brand online, creating and posting content, assisting in marketing campaigns, and directly interacting with customers. The ideal candidate is confident on camera, creative, and has a passion for connecting with people both digitally and in person.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of marketing programs and campaigns
  • Promote the company's in-house brand through videos, photos, and live content
  • Serve as an online endorser/representative on social media platforms
  • Create basic photo and video content (reels, promos, updates, etc.)
  • Assist in editing and uploading promotional materials
  • Engage with customers and respond to inquiries both online and on-site
  • Represent the brand at events, promos, and customer-facing activities
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field
  • Must be camera-friendly and confident in front of the camera
  • Basic knowledge of photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, etc.)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Energetic, creative, and social media savvy
  • Willing to travel or attend promo events when needed
