Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the marketing calendar and support brand and sales objectives.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, events, and product bundles.
  • Coordinate brand activations, trade fairs, and in-store activities with partners.
  • Lead community engagement, influencer partnerships, and CSR initiatives.
  • Work with sales, operations, and procurement to align marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors on materials and campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign results and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of marketing or brand management experience (FMCG is a plus).
  • Fresh graduates with relevant experience may apply.
  • Strong project management and digital marketing skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
