About the role

Maxispace Construction Services is seeking a talented and experienced Licenced Architect/Project Architect to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in the design and delivery of our fit-our projects, collaborating closely with our clients and multidisciplinary project teams.

What you'll be doing

  1. Designing innovative and functional architectural solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to all relevant building codes and regulations
  2. Preparing detailed project plans, drawings, and specifications to guide the construction process
  3. Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other heads to ensure the successful implementation of your designs
  4. Conducting site inspections and monitoring construction progress to ensure quality and compliance
  5. Providing expert advice and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle
  6. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture

What we're looking for

  1. A degree in Architecture and a valid professional license to practice in the Philippines
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Architect, preferably in the construction industry
  3. Proficient in using CAD software, 3D modelling tools, and other relevant design tools
  4. Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into practical design solutions
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
