Job description:

  • Oversee and manage the complete accounts payable process, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with vendors, ensuring timely payments and addressing any concerns or discrepancies.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all payable transactions are recorded

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
  • Certifications such as CA or CPA, or equivalent work experience, are advantageous.
  • Proven 2-3yrs experience in accounting or finance roles, particularly in accounts payable functions.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
