Responsibilities

Client Specific Tasks:

Accounts Payable

  • Rate management: Costing and Client rates
  • Invoice Posting (Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Supplier Invoice, Detention Invoice, Self-billing, Bank Fees)
  • Customs payments – duties and taxes
  • Payment processing
  • Payment matching
  • Cheque requisitions
  • Real-time Gross Settlement
  • Cash Flow

Accounts Receivable

  • Receipt processing
  • Posting credit notes
  • Allocating payments
  • Collections (via email and/or phone)

General Accounts

  • Statement reconciliation:
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Cash Book
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Reconciliation of debtor
  • Vendor reconciliation
  • Report Preparation
  • Aging Report
  • Customer Ledger
  • Invoice report
  • Payment Report
  • Collection Report
  • Invoicing to clients
  • Staff will be responsible to communicate with supplier via email to get invoice and statements.

Requirements

OTHER SKILL SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of Accounting, Financial Management or similar courses
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in any accounting related field
  • Preferably with experience in using any of the following:

a.Ramp (for invoice processing and corporate cards)

b.NetSuite (ERP)

  • Willing to have video calls via Microsoft Teams and Google Zoom
  • Strong understanding of the AP/AR process
  • Experience with EDI System, SAP, and/or QuickBooks is preferred
  • Attentive to details, organized, and good at analyzing information
  • Highly motivated, problem solver, and customer-oriented
  • Excellent English language communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Typing speed skills of at least 45 words per minute with 95% and above accuracy
  • Proficient in Windows environment applications - Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Efficient team member, especially in dynamic situations
  • Able to work well independently with limited supervision
  • Must be amenable to working US hours
  • Full-time positions available
  • Amenable to report onsite in either Ortigas, Pasig City / Cubao, Quezon City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
