We are looking for a results-driven Business Development & Project Manager to lead both sales initiatives and project execution for Digital Transformation (DX) and Smart City solutions for Local Government Units (LGUs) and National Government Agencies in the Philippines.
This role combines government account management, solution selling, and IT project management, including Proof of Concept (POC) and full deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage business opportunities with LGUs and government agencies
- Present DX and Smart City solutions to key decision-makers
- Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing, and secure LOIs
- Lead commercial and technical negotiations
- Manage POC and project deployment from installation to UAT
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and vendors
- Prepare project reports and oversee on-site activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience in IT project management and solution-based sales
- Familiarity with DMS, cloud systems, and scanning hardware
- Experience working with LGUs or government agencies
- Knowledge of government processes and basic contract handling
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
