Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role. The 
Finance & Accounting Specialist
 is responsible for providing essential back-office support focused on bookkeeping and overall financial operations. This role requires hands-on experience with 
QuickBooks
 and a strong understanding of general accounting principles.

The ideal candidate will manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, support reporting, and contribute to audit and compliance efforts. Attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach to improving processes are key to success in this position.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Finance and expertise in preparing and analyzing financial statements
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and practices
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and financial tools is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
