We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our team in Makati, Philippines. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial principles to support our financial operations and decision-making processes.

Role: Finance Specialist

What You'll Do:
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
Support month-end closing activities and reconcile accounts.
Review invoices and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Conduct audits to maintain accuracy in financial records.

What Were Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
