  • Oversees centralized mail operations and coordinates with couriers to ensure timely deliveries and issue resolution.
  • Assists in preparing purchase requisitions and coordinates with Procurement for specs, costing, and delivery.
  • Acts as alternate for meeting room reservations, setups, and special requests.
  • Manages storage, issuance, inventory, and replenishment of office and consumable supplies.
  • Supports motor pool dispatch, fleet card program, asset tagging, records management, budgeting, and housekeeping logistics.
  • Handles other tasks related to general administration and Safety & Security unit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
