About the role

We are seeking experienced MST/Electromechanical Technicians to join our dynamic team at Polystar General Services' in Makati City Metro Manila. As a full-time technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing a diverse range of electromechanical equipment and systems, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electromechanical equipment and systems
  2. Interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals to identify and resolve issues
  3. Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential problems or areas for improvement
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment is operating at optimal performance
  5. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities
  6. Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  7. Participate in continuous learning and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

  • Perform installation, maintenence, and troubleshooting of electromechanical and automation systems (motors, sensors, PLCs, etc.)
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system faults using technical drawings and diagnostic tools
  • Apply basic coding or scripting skills for system setup and troubleshooting.
  • Drive 4-wheel vehicles to conduct on-site maintenance, service, or equipment support
  • A valid driver's license is required at the start of deployment
