
Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will support the CEO/Design Director in her documentation, day-to-day scheduling, travel arrangements and other secretarial works needed.
What you will be doing:
- Assisting the CEO/Design Director in prioritizing and managing daily activities, including handling a busy and constantly evolving calendar
- Proactively manage schedules across all departments (Design, Service Training and Real Estate), coordinating meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring executives and stakeholders remain on time and well-prepared.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Design Director and internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and service providers, overseeing the logistics of virtual and in-person meetings, appointments, and fieldwork assignments.
- Exercise sound judgment in managing competing priorities to maintain seamless operations across departments.
- Offer cross-functional support to the Design, Service Training and Real Estate Teams as required.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned, ensuring discretion and efficiency in all tasks.
What were are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years work experience as an Executive Assistant
- Administrative experience in roles that interacted with clients and executive management
- Background in Interior Design and/or Restaurant Management is a plus
- Well organized with great attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the flexibility to adapt communication style as needed
- Must be proficient in English (written and oral)
- Proficient in MS 365 application and Google Workspace
- A "no task is too small attitude" with flexible working hours
- Establish norms and high standards of urgency, and customer focus, while living the values
- Can work 8-hours shift (day) on-site at our Makati office
- Maintains confidentiality with all matters.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
