About the role
We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in our Makati City Metro Manila office and will provide critical administrative support to our senior leadership. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the complex schedules and daily operations of our executive team, ensuring seamless coordination and productivity.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive calendar management and scheduling support for executives
- Preparing and proofreading a variety of business documents, emails and presentations
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and itineraries
- Organising and attending meetings, taking detailed notes and following up on action items
- Acting as the first point of contact for executives, screening inquiries and managing communications
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
- Providing general office administration support as needed
What we're looking for
- Minimum 4 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in a fast-paced, professional environment
- Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
