Qualifications:

  • College Graduate of any 4 year course
  • 1 or more years' experience as technical support role supporting large scale enterprise environment
  • Working knowledge of deploying and supporting windows machines within a large scale enterprise environment
  • With strong analytical skills and ability to collate and interpret data from various sources
  • With good understanding of Incident, Request fulfillment, and Problem management.
  • In depth knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, MS Outlook, MS OneDrive, & MS SharePoint
  • Knowledgeable in supporting MAC OS, JAMF, and applications
  • Knowledgeable in supporting mobile devices - OS (IOS & Android) and application (Okta)
  • Knowledgeable in using desk side support tool like Nexthink, Bitlocker, InTune, BeyondTrust, Cisco AnyConnect Basic understanding of Windows network protocol including DNS, DHCP, LDAP, and Kerberos In depth knowledge in using ticketing tool, preferably ServiceNow
  • Knowledgeable in MS Active Directory, MS SCCM, Desktop Imaging Management, Citrix, Genesys, Desktop Bridge
  • Willing to work onsite 5x a week

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance (remote and onsite), document diagnostic information, troubleshooting, incident analysis and resolution.
  • Investigation and resolution of issues and may also include monitoring for high priority incident tickets.
  • Providing colleague education and/or training to users by using knowledge base and/or training materials.
  • Close collaboration and act as hands and feet support for other Technology support team, such as Network, Firewall, IT Security, Workstation Services, Video End Point support, etc.
  • Provisioning of end user computing asset for new hires, refresh, break-fix, and support services.
  • Video End Point support for meeting room, conference room, and town hall area
  • End user computing lifecycle management
  • Project support for Manila site office Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the immediate leader
