10 Project-Based Marketing Research Outbound Agents
to support a survey project for a
UK Postal Service
. Your main task is to conduct structured research surveys through outbound calls and gather customer insightsno selling involved.

This project-based opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking fast hiring, short-term work with competitive compensation.

Job Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound marketing research surveys with UK customers.
  • Accurately record and update customer responses.
  • Deliver a positive and professional experience in every call.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure project success.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year BPO or call center experience (outbound preferred).
  • Strong spoken English and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working night hours aligned with UK time.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.
  • Can start within 12 days.
  • Open to project-based employment.
