About the role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team at YONDU INC.' The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and external stakeholders
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and senior management
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery
  • Mentor and develop the skills of junior project team members

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in managing teams and mentoring junior project team members
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Proficient in the use of project management tools and software
