The Technician is responsible for carrying out a 52-week preventive maintenance program for various equipment and utilities, including fans, lights, AC units, dock levelers, electrical panels, and safety systems. Duties include conducting inspections, monitoring, and minor repairs such as cleaning, adjustments, and troubleshooting, as well as performing corrective maintenance based on inspection results. The position also involves documenting maintenance activities, managing spare parts inventory, preparing detailed work requests, and responding to urgent or emergency tasks as required by client personnel.

The ideal candidate for the role is a High School or Vocational graduate with a NC II certification for Technician. With relevant experience is an advantage.
