Job Title: Asset Service Technician

The Asset Service Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of various assets under our management, ensuring they remain operational, efficient, and compliant with industry standards and client requirements. The role requires technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach to deliver high-quality service and support.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a variety of assets, including IT equipment, coffee machines, kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and malfunctions, utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

3. Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to schedule, including cleaning, calibration, lubrication, and replacement of parts to prevent breakdowns and prolong asset lifespan.

4. Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and client impact, and communicating with clients to provide status updates and resolution timelines.

5. Document all service activities, including maintenance tasks, repairs performed, parts used, and time spent, accurately and comprehensively using electronic systems or service reports.

6. Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, procurement, and customer service, to coordinate asset movements, spare parts availability, and service scheduling to meet client needs and service level agreements (SLAs).

7. Adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment and protect client assets.

8. Stay informed about product updates, technical advancements, and industry best practices through training and self-learning, to enhance technical knowledge and proficiency.

9. Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders, including troubleshooting assistance, product recommendations, and training sessions, to promote effective asset management and utilization.

10. Represent the company professionally, demonstrating excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, and fostering positive relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications:

● High school diploma or equivalent (required); technical certification or vocational training in a relevant field (preferred).

● Proven experience 5 – 10 years as a service technician, field technician, or similar role, preferably in asset management, equipment maintenance, or related industries.

● Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems and components.

● Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, troubleshoot effectively, and implement timely solutions.

● Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing tasks independently while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

● Customer-focused attitude with strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations, as needed to respond to service requests and meet client needs.

● Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with the ability to travel to client sites and transport equipment as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
