Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems are well-maintained and functioning efficiently to provide guests with a safe and comfortable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities
  • Conduct basic repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
  • Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and service tickets
  • Carry out preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas, tools, and equipment
  • Assist with room turnovers and readiness by fixing maintenance issues
  • Monitor and report any major repair needs to management
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, fire safety protocols, and building regulations
  • Support renovation, improvement, and special maintenance projects
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hotel or building maintenance preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or HVAC systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and work with minimal supervision
  • Good communication and time-management skills
  • Physically fit and able to lift, climb, and perform manual tasks
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
