Trade Channel Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee various trade channels such as retailers, distributors, and corporate accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales quotas by actively monitoring and driving sales performance within assigned accounts.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement trade marketing programs to support sales and marketing objectives.
• Conduct regular data analysis on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with trade partners, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Lead negotiations on trade deals, promotions, and account agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and seamless execution of marketing programs and trade activities.
• Monitor merchandising activities, ensuring compliance with brand standards and guidelines.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to management based on market feedback and channel performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any course.
• With relevant experience in Trade Marketing and Channel Management.
• Background in merchandising, marketing, sales, account management, or distribution is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Analytical, organized, and results-oriented.
• Must be willing to work full time onsite in Ermita, Manila and fieldwork.
