Job Description

We're looking for an Inventory Management Specialist who will help manage supply chain data, maintain inventory accuracy, and support process improvements across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze inventory and supply data
  • Maintain ERP data accuracy and item tracking
  • Generate and update inventory reports and dashboards
  • Coordinate with SCM, Engineering, and vendors for inspections and pullouts
  • Conduct data audits and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and can work independently
