QUALIFICATION:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Architecture; professional license is a must
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in project/store planning and design within construction industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, Corel, or other graphic design software essential.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate development design planning processes, including but not limited to zoning, permitting, project due diligences.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly convey project objectives, updates and potential challenges to all relevant stakeholders
  • Leadership skills to guide and motivate the project team towards achieving the project goal

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the design planning process and preside pre-construction design meetings and attend coordination meetings in preparation for the project execution.
  • Ensure that the approved project plan adheres to the standard of Atlantic Hardware.
  • Leads the completion and ensures accuracy of the project plans, Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development and Final Construction Drawings
  • Spearheads design review and recommend value engineering exercises for cost savings
  • Prepares the requirements for the application and processing of permits and licenses
  • needed prior to the launch and construction of the project.
  • Supervising and guiding design teams (e.g., architects, engineers, graphic designers) in creating efficient and cost-effective designs.
  • Ensuring designs adhere to established standards, codes, and project requirements.
  • Coordinating with external consultants and engineers for specialized design input.
