Sales Director Assistant

This is a remote position.

Schedule:  Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (1-hour unpaid break)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

The Sales Director Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Sales Director with day-to-day sales activities. This includes managing key accounts, preparing quotes, handling customer communication, and keeping sales operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong interest in growing within the sales and business development field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and assist with key account management

  • Lead Management: Maintain and track leads in the CRM, follow up in a timely manner, and help prioritize based on business needs

  • Order & Quote Processing: Generate accurate quotes for B2B customers and confirm product details with clients

  • Customer Communication: Keep regular contact with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth communication

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance and KPI reports

  • Documentation: Assist with contracts, order confirmations, and other sales-related documents

  • B2B Coordination: Work closely with the Sales Director and warehouse team to support high-volume orders and logistics

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

  • Eagerness to grow in sales and business development

  • Experience in sales support or admin roles is a plus

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
