high-performing Business Development Assistant
who can help us connect with companies in Europe that are ready to scale their teams offshore.

Your Role

You will work directly with our CEO and management team to:

  • Research potential client companies and key decision-makers (LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Sales Navigator).
  • Send professional, personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn and email — no spam or generic templates.
  • Follow up with leads and schedule online meetings.
  • Maintain lead data and activity logs in CRM tools.
  • Continuously improve messaging and outreach effectiveness based on response rates.

This is a smart, creative, communication-heavy role — not a robotic one.

You'll represent a premium Nordic brand and be part of a lean, high-performing team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 
    2 years of experience
     in lead generation, appointment setting, or SDR roles for BPO, SaaS, or staffing companies.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Professional and confident in communicating with Western clients (EU / UK / US).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Apollo is a big advantage.
  • Organized, proactive, and metrics-driven.
  • Comfortable working independently and reporting directly to management.
