Role Overview:

We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our affiliate partnerships. The right candidate will have experience in affiliate program management, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and optimize the company's affiliate marketing program.

Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and partners.

Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights for improvement.

Create and execute affiliate campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Proficiency with affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and reporting systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
