The Role:

We are seeking an Expert Affiliate Marketing Partner to promote our products and drive sales within the US market. This is a OTC(On Target Commission) role where your earnings are directly tied to your performance. You will be responsible for using your own strategies, tools, and expertise to generate traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities & Details:

1. Location & Market:
   
   This is a completely online and remote position. However, applicants must be residing in the Philippines. Crucially, all your marketing efforts and sales must be targeted and conducted exclusively within the United States market. Your success depends on your ability to effectively reach and convert a US-based audience.

2. Expertise & Training:
   
   This position is highly recommended for experts only. We are looking for partners who already possess advanced knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, or social media promotion. Please note: We do not provide training. You are expected to be a self-starter who can onboard yourself and execute effective campaigns from day one.

3. Autonomy & Schedule:
   
   You have complete control over your work schedule. You get to choose the days you want to work and how you want to spend each day. This role is about results, not hours logged. You manage your strategies and time to most effectively meet your targets.

4. Compensation & Quota Structure:

Your earnings are based on a Monthly Salary Base, which is determined by the volume and consistency of your sales.

This base amount determines your Required Weekly OTC (Order to Customer) Quota. Your weekly goal is based on maintaining a specific performance level relative to your monthly earning bracket.

Salary payments are processed weekly, providing you with regular and timely compensation for your efforts.

All salary payouts are done through PayPal for fast and convenient access to your funds.

1. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

All revenue and traffic you generate are tracked through a unique affiliate link provided to you. Customers must click your specific link for sales to be attributed to your performance.

You will be required to use a third-party app (details provided upon onboarding) to monitor your clicks, conversions, and earnings in real-time.

You are required to submit a weekly performance report via email, summarizing your activities, results, and insights. This is mandatory for maintaining your partnership.

1. Probation & Growth:

You will begin with a 7-day probation period to prove yourself. This period is used to validate your ability to generate traffic and achieve initial conversions.

If you meet your Weekly OTC Quota for 4 consecutive weeks, you will receive a 5% Raise on your Monthly Salary Base. We reward consistency and high performance.

1. Tools & Resources:
   
   You will be using your own tools and resources to drive sales. This includes any necessary software for analytics, advertising, content creation, email automation, or social media management. You are responsible for any costs associated with your chosen marketing methods.

2. Communication:
   
   All official lines of communication are performed by email. This includes onboarding instructions, performance reviews, quota details, and weekly report submissions. Please ensure you are proactive and responsive to emails from our team.
