One of our U.S. clients in the social media marketing space is growing rapidly, and while there is no immediate opening, we are proactively building a strong talent pool for upcoming roles. What you’ll be doing Set Up & Manage Affiliate AutomationsConfigure automation workflows and maintain ongoing setups to maximize affiliate invitations. Support & Grow Affiliate RelationshipsRespond to affiliates quickly and empathetically. Build long-term trust while helping creators scale their businesses. Campaign OperationsApprove product sample requests and coordinate promotions. Work with creative teams to align campaigns with client goals. Performance Tracking & ReportingMonitor key affiliate metrics (clicks, conversions, ROI). Share performance insights and optimizations with leadership. Compliance & Quality AssuranceEnsure affiliates follow platform rules, FTC guidelines, and brand requirements. Maintain quality and brand alignment across campaigns. Affiliate EnablementProvide resources, scripts, and content to help affiliates succeed. Occasionally host Q&As or office hours for affiliates needing extra guidance. Qualifications and Requirements Minimum 6 months of TikTok Shop experience (required). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
