Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Specialist to lead and execute impactful digital marketing strategies. You'll manage social media, content creation, and digital platforms to convert engagement into measurable business growth while supporting initiatives that empower women entrepreneurs and social change.


Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: Php 22,000-24,000
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm PST (with 1-hour unpaid break)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms to drive revenue and lead generation, not just engagement
  • Create compelling content that aligns with established brand standards and maintains consistency across all channels
  • Develop and execute social media strategies that convert followers into paying customers for the Broadcast Your Brilliance program
  • Design graphics using Canva for social media posts, presentations, brochures, signage, and other marketing collateral
  • Update and maintain website pages, landing pages, and opt-in pages using WordPress
  • Create and update presentation decks and marketing materials for webinars and masterclasses
  • Assist with email marketing campaign strategy and execution
  • Help grow YouTube channel and other digital platforms strategically
  • Support overall digital marketing initiatives to increase reach and revenue
  • Potentially assist with paid advertising campaigns and optimization

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
  • Strong English communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Proven experience with social media platforms and understanding of how to drive conversions
  • Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and brand consistency
  • Experience with WordPress for basic website updates and maintenance
  • Portfolio demonstrating previous work in social media and digital marketing (MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIO)
  • Understanding of email marketing strategies and campaign development
  • Ability to create presentations and marketing collateral
  • Experience working with international teams or companies
  • Passion for helping women entrepreneurs and supporting social change initiatives
