About the Job

We are seeking a data-driven and content-oriented Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to own client communications (email & SMS) across the customer journey. This role is hands-on, focused on building, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive retention and support new client acquisition.

You'll develop and test data-informed strategies in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to strengthen client engagement, improve retention, and maximize lifetime value. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a knack for compelling, client-first content

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and execute client-facing email and SMS campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, and retention journeys
  • Analyze campaign performance and client data to optimize segmentation, personalization, and messaging
  • Design and run A/B tests to improve open rates, click-through rates, and retention outcomes
  • Partner with analytics, product, and creative teams to align messaging with business goals and client needs
  • Develop reporting dashboards and share insights to guide decision-making and improve campaign ROI
  • Manage and optimize campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, leveraging automation and personalization capabilities
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure campaigns are timely, accurate, and aligned with compliance requirements

Skills / Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in email/SMS marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
  • 2 plus experience in healthcare marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Klaviyo)
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Solid writing/editing skills with the ability to create clear, client-centered messaging
  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail in execution.

Bonus: Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is a plus.
