Job Description

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll bring real estate projects to life through design, content, and strategy. You'll create marketing materials, manage listings, handle social media platforms, and support brokers through engaging visuals and campaigns that strengthen the company's market presence.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM, US Central Time), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

• A bachelor's degree is preferred along with 3-5 years of experience in marketing and graphic design
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator a plus)
• Experience with Canva
• WordPress
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and independently
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and projects
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and initiate and work independently as well as cooperatively with others
• Ability to provide materials in a timely and organized manner

Must Have:

• Hands-on graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent design sense and ability to conceptualize from minimal direction
• Strong communication and time management skills

Your Daily Tasks

• Conceptualize and develop graphic designs from text or verbal descriptions
• Manage listings and create associated marketing materials (flyers, postcards, e-blasts, etc.)
• Manage marketing, social media, and communications across all public platforms
• Prepare property tour packages (electronic & print)
• Create tenant representation pitch materials
• Develop & implement electronic marketing campaigns
• Assist brokers with social media content and posting
• Update team-branded & custom marketing materials
