Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The role is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote the company's brand, products, and services. This includes managing social media platforms, running digital campaigns, analyzing performance data, and ensuring consistent online presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels (social media, email, search engines, and display advertising).
  • Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms, including graphics, posts, and email newsletters.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc., and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct SEO and keyword research to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or similar role.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and online advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

  • Provide your portfolio or sample works (e.g., posts, campaigns, designs).
