LinkedIn Marketing & Growth Specialist
100% WFH | Day shift | Open to Philippines residents only
My client is a multi-service group offering business & talent services to global organizations. As they expand Their digital footprint, they are looking for a LinkedIn Growth & Lead Generation Specialist to build and scale their brands presence on LinkedIn—growing relevant followers, driving engagement, and generating qualified leads from their target audience. This will be both B2B and B2C focused, depending on the specific brand.
The LinkedIn Growth & Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for growing their LinkedIn company pages with targeted connections, developing engaging and data-driven content, and building a strong professional community. This role requires a mix of social media growth, community management, and lead generation expertise with a focus on LinkedIn as the primary platform.
Responsibilities:
- Company Page Growth & Optimization
- Grow LinkedIn company pages with relevant and high-value demographic connections.
- Optimize profiles and pages for visibility, SEO, and engagement.
- Track and report growth metrics, including followers, engagement rates, and conversions.
- Content Creation & Engagement
- Plan and publish consistent, engaging content tailored to target audiences (HR leaders, executives, hiring managers, professionals, etc.).
- Repurpose blogs, case studies, industry news, and insights into engaging LinkedIn posts.
- Monitor and respond to community engagement (comments, messages, shares).
- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Use LinkedIn to identify, connect with, and nurture high-potential leads.
- Manage outreach campaigns that align with sales and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to qualify leads generated via LinkedIn.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs (follower growth, engagement, CTR, leads generated).
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data to maximize ROI.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn marketing, community growth, or social selling.
- Proven track record of growing LinkedIn company pages and delivering lead generation results.
- Creating scroll-stopping engaging content
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, analytics, and tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads, Shield, Hootsuite).
- Experience in B2B marketing, especially within HR, recruitment, SaaS, or professional services (preferred but not required).
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging professional content.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing LinkedIn metrics and adjusting strategy.
- Proactive, creative, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
