Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify (audit) transactions, disbursement vouchers and required attachments and processes according to governing regulations (RA 9184, circulars, issuances, etc.)
  • Check and communicate issues (e.g., lacking supporting documents, inadequacies, or inconsistencies in information etc.) pertaining to disbursement vouchers with appropriate parties.
  • Check and reconcile payroll entries and attachments as part of disbursement processing.
  • Compute amounts, including applicable withholding taxes, assigns appropriate account codes and prepares journal entry vouchers (JEV).
  • Perform other duties and functions as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
