We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage and oversee daily accounting operations. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations (accounts payable/receivable, general ledger).
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government regulations.
  • Handle tax computations, filings, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and assist during audits.
  • Provide management with timely financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Safeguard financial data confidentiality and ensure proper record-keeping.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting or related role.
  • Knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar), but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • CPA license is an advantage but not required.

Work Location: Pasay City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
