Accounting Assistant

The accounting assistant will be responsible for providing support to the accounting department supervisor and upper managers within the department. This individual will track and research any accounting issues that arise. They will work closely with all internal business units to aid in their financial tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting records (i.e. bookkeeping)
  • Research, track, and resolve accounting problems
  • Handle accounts payables and receivables duties
  • Assist other accounting personnel when needed
  • Assist the accounting supervisor in daily reconciliations and reportorial tasks
  • Handle sensitive and confidential financial information

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance, or related fields
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and bookkeeping principles

Office Hours: Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
