Accounts Management Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Management:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts- proactively seeking ways to grow revenue and expand client relationships.
- Develop and implement account plans- creating and executing strategies to meet client needs and achieve account goals.
- Analyze account performance and identify areas for improvement-tracking key metrics and using data to optimize account management strategies.
Spot opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients, adding value to their accounts.
Communication and Negotiation
Communicate the value proposition effectively to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Provide presentations and reports to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas of improvement in account management processes and propose changes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture positive client interactions to foster long-term partnerships.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Certifications: Relevant project management certifications preferred.
- 2-3 years in account management, client support, or coordination.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
