Job Description:

  • Assist in all project development activities of the infrastructure group.
  • Assist in the technical evaluation and preparation of technical requirements for the bidding of various infrastructure projects.
  • Assist in the due diligence of prospective technical partners, consultants and sub-contractors.
  • Conduct evaluation of project proposals submitted by technical partners, consultants and contractors including progress billing, variation orders and design changes.
  • Assist in the monitoring of project implementation/operation of infrastructure projects.
  • Perform other tasks which may be assigned from time to time and may be assigned to different projects as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering.
  • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
  • With more than 10 years of experience in construction management for large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Experienced in any of the following roles: Cost Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, QA/QC Engineer, Structural Engineer or Planning Engineer.
