Job Description

As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, modeling, and documenting stormwater management and water resource projects. Working closely with U.S.-based Project Managers and technical teams, you will perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and sustainability practices.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (required)
• 3-5 years minimum experience in water resources, stormwater, or civil design
• Experience in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, ArcGIS, and MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (critical)
• Project management or lead experience is a plus
• Experience with green infrastructure or sewer system design is an advantage
• QA/QC, US stormwater design experience, and technical reporting are a plus
• US experience preferred but not mandatory; candidates can be upskilled on U.S. standards
• Proficiency with GIS tools and project management platforms (Asana, , or similar)
• Ability to support project managers with documentation and client coordination

Your Daily Tasks

• Perform civil engineering design and analysis focused on water resources and stormwater management projects.
• Collaborate with project engineers, managers, and drafting teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant deliverables.
• Prepare and review drainage, grading, and stormwater management plans.
• Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, or similar).
• Coordinate with CAD staff to develop detailed engineering drawings.
• Perform calculations, prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with U.S. design standards.
• Review construction documents and assist in QA/QC processes.
• Support project managers with project documentation and client coordination.
