We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Executive/Manager to join our dynamic events and activation agency. This role involves overseeing project execution from planning to completion, managing suppliers and vendors, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent knowledge of materials and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and develop strong relationships with them to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Cost Management: Negotiate pricing and terms to secure cost-effective rates while maintaining quality standards and work closely with suppliers and vendors to obtain accurate costing for projects and provide detailed project budgets to internal stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between suppliers, internal teams, and clients during project execution and manage timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for successful project completion.
  • Project Execution: Oversee project ingress, event proper, and egress to ensure vendors deliver as per project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Project Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Events Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or any related field
  • Has technical background on production, electricals, and/or event/venue planning
  • Proficiency in budgeting and cost management
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in events management, project management, or a related role/field is a plus
  • Proficiency in technical tools and software such as Autocad is a plus
