  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in property management, project coordination, or real estate development.
  • Strong knowledge of project management processes and property regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, feasibility studies, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and government agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules and progress reports.
  • Oversee site inspections, assessments, and due diligence activities for prospective property developments.
  • Support the development and execution of construction, renovation, and improvement projects.
  • Ensure all property activities comply with zoning regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate project records, contracts, permits, and other documentation.
