Project and Property Officer

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in property management, project coordination, or real estate development.
- Strong knowledge of project management processes and property regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, feasibility studies, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and government agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and progress reports.
- Oversee site inspections, assessments, and due diligence activities for prospective property developments.
- Support the development and execution of construction, renovation, and improvement projects.
- Ensure all property activities comply with zoning regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate project records, contracts, permits, and other documentation.
