Operations Admin Assistant

She/He is responsible for the administrative needs of the Vice President of Operations and her tema and of the Chroma Hospitality Alabang Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sees to it that the Office is clean at all times, especially own work are and the VP of Ops' Office
- Raises Purchase Request through Business Central
- Raises Cash Reimbursements, expense report for Ops team
- Provides administrative and personal assistance to the VP of Ops
- Monitors and Inventories all Brand Standards, P&Ps, Memos that are released by the Operations Team
- Coordinate interviews for GM, EAM, Dir. of F&B, Dir. of Rooms for VP of Ops
- Prepares Operations Monthly Reports
- Prepares Daily Sales Reports of F&B Outlets
- Prepares minutes of meetings that may be assigned by the VP of Ops
- Answer calls of the VP of Ops in her absence and refer calls to others as appropriatee and/or properly takes and conveys messages
- Performs related functions and special projects as may be assigned from time to time byt the VP or Ops
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management or any equivalent
- With work experience in a large hotel chain or equivalent
- Worked in an Admin position in a corporate enviroment
- Can start immediately
- Amenable to work onsite in Muntinlupa, Alabang
