Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Oversee product registrations, renewals, and compliance with the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA)
  • Manage documentation and follow-ups for:
  • TPA registrations
  • Generic product registrations
  • License to Operate (LTO) renewals
  • Ensure accurate recordkeeping of all regulatory filings and licenses
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes

Technical Documentation:

  • Create and maintain up-to-date technical documents, including Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), Technical Data Sheets (TDS), etc.
  • Technical slide decks and internal presentations
  • Ensure all documents are accurate and aligned with government and company standards

Supplier Coordination (Regulatory-Focused):

  • Coordinate with local and international suppliers to request and compile compliance documents needed for product registration and importation
  • Organize and maintain complete documentation from suppliers

Technical Training Support:

  • Assist in preparing and conducting technical trainings and orientations for agronomists, dealers, and plantation partners
  • Provide support in developing technical presentations and training materials

Marketing Design Support:

  • Assist the Marketing team by creating and editing marketing collaterals such as product brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, and presentation templates
  • Use tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop to support branding and promotional needs
  • Ensure designs are aligned with technical accuracy and company standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, Biology, Customs Administration, or any science-related or regulatory field
  • 1–3 years experience in regulatory affairs, operations, or documentation (preferably in agriculture or agri-input industry)
  • Familiarity with FPA registration processes is highly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Canva and Photoshop for basic to intermediate graphic design
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask across departments
