Position Overview

As a telemarketing sales associate, you are expected to support and engage players across our online gaming platform. In this hybrid role, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to promote games and offers, while also handling incoming player inquiries and providing top-notch support. Your goal is to increase player engagement, boost deposits, and ensure an enjoyable and seamless gaming experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to promote bonuses, new games, and special promotions to both new and existing players.
  • Reactivate inactive accounts through personalized offers and engaging conversations.
  • Encourage gameplay by highlighting current campaigns or exclusive deals.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly revenue and retention targets.
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding account access, payments, promotions, and general platform inquiries.
  • Guide players through registration, deposit methods, and verification (KYC) processes.
  • Ensure compliance with responsible gaming and regulatory requirements during all interactions.
  • Maintain detailed records of player interactions using internal CRM and support tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, fraud, and VIP teams to deliver a seamless player experience.
  • Stay updated on platform features, game releases, bonus structures, and support policies.
  • Uphold a strong focus on player satisfaction and engagement while maximizing profit opportunities.
